Positive: Great location for arriving by train from Gare du Nord. Our 5th floor room had a tiny balcony and views from Montmartre right round to Montparnasse. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Lovely aspect onto a local park with shady trees and close to several places for coffee and breakfast. An easy walk up to Montmartre.
Negative: Rooms are always small in Paris hotels and there is never enough space for luggage.
Summary: Great place for a stopover in Paris particularly if travelling by train to or from UK.

Positive: Great location for staying in Montmartre, metro top of street, plenty of cafes in the vicinity. Staff very friendly, Ryan was especially helpful. Only a 2 star and pretty basic but we only slept there.

Positive: The breakfast was as expected and rather enjoyable. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and kind. The lift made it easy to transport luggage and heavy shopping up to the room. The location was brilliant as we were a short walk from the Sacre Coer and Montemarte. We enjoyed the proximity to transport and local bakeries. The beds were comfortable despite finding a few stains on the sheets.
Negative: The bathroom showerhead was blocked with limescale and there was mould/something uncomfortable on the showerhead. The bathroom smelled slightly of old urine on arrival and the shelf was slanted - making it hard to use...
Summary: Overall pleasant though the bathroom was a let down.

Positive: It was a pleasant experience, it is a two stars hotel so no high expectations but it is good value for the money that we paid. Room was clean, friendly team and the location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and Metro station is 1 min walking from the hotel:

Positive: The location was perfect. Easy walk to metro, lovely restaurants and beautiful buildings. A lovely square opposite too. Close enough to Gare de Nord to walk. And as we went to Stade de France for Olympics it was so easy on the metro.
Negative: Nothing really. Last time we had an amazing view to the front - Sacre- Coeur and Eiffle Tower in the distance . This time overlooking back of other buildings… but we didn’t mind as in late and up early!!!
Summary: Lovely friendly hotel in the best location.. and such value for money x
